Release contract

I meet a women on line who lives in Conway AR who lives with here mistress and is in a donjon we want to have a relationship but she can’t talk on a phone she can’t leave. She say I must pay her mistress to release her and she will be sent on a bus to my town. So the mistress wants $850.00 to release her from her contract. She has been there for 5 yrs. so is this a scam ?????
