Drink and chat
Personally I am a switch and at the moment I'm interested in meeting up with someone for a drink and chat at first just to see if we have similar everyday interests. Doesn't have to be exact, I prefer people with their own mind even if they are dominant or submissive in a sexual way. If there's a click, carry on as it goes; either no strings or maybe long term monogamous. Either monogamous or free/ open to start with but if it ends up being free, total honesty from the start is a MUST. It just doesn't work otherwise. Most of my ex girlfriends have been bi and I'm not stupid enough to think that I can fulfil a woman's needs to that extent, so more flexible on that side.
