The Manchester Leathermen organisation celebrates the joy of leather - in its many varied but always hot incarnations. Whatever type of leather you're into - whether you're a beginner or aficionado - this long-established community group promises a warm welcome. Formed in 2015, Manchester Leathermen has gone on to become a powerhouse in the leather community. Indeed, its reach extends way beyond Manchester. It's the only British club to have hosted the European Convention of Motorcycle Clubs conference. Leather has a long and noble tradition within the BDSM community - and Manchester Leathermen holds this dear. Its regular monthly socials, geld on the first Saturday of each month, offer the perfect opportunity for leather lovers to meet and connect in a safe and empowering environment. A calendar of upcoming events is available online. Friendship and mutual support are at the core of the group's work. Recognising that not everyone owns leather gear (beginners, for example), Manchester Leathermen doesn't insist upon a dress code for its Saturday socials. Newbies won't be judged on their lack of attire. The group's standout yearly event is its Leather Weekend. This is held each autumn, and full details are available on the organisation's website. The team behind Manchester Leathermen are seasoned kinksters. President, Joe King, for example, has held the titles of Mr. Leather UK and Mr. Leather Europe. The group is also made up of other officers, including a treasurer, secretary, events officer, and membership officer. Membership of Manchester Leathermen is open to anyone 18 years plus who identifies as male. The cost is £20 per year, and your membership pack, which you'll receive within a week of signing up, outlines the many benefits. Joining is easy: it takes just one click on the Manchester Leathermen website. Manchester Leathermen understands that each person's journey into the wonderful world of leather is unique. But it offers the perfect place to start your fetish expedition. Whatever your leather kinks, Manchester Leathermen invites you into an intoxicating world of black Muir caps, chaps, harnesses, leather jeans, biker jackets, trusty pairs of Wescos, tight gloves, and devastatingly powerful boots.

Club Locked Manchester is a not for profit group for fetish men in the Manchester area. It's open to all people who identify as male, including trans men, and provides a safe, empowering, and always friendly kink community. Manchester has long had a thriving fetish scene, and Club Locked Manchester is now at the centre of this. Through organising kink events, it aims to bolster a sense of community, hosting attitude-free nights in which kinksters of all persuasions can meet, explore - and, most importantly, have a memorable time. As a not for profit group, Club Locked Manchester relies upon the kindness of its unpaid volunteers. Membership is open to all men of 18 years plus, and the initiative is owned by its members and volunteers. In its efforts to make kink accessible to all, Club Locked Manchester has set its membership fee at just £5. This buys you membership to the 'Lifetime Club' - in other words, it never expires. Additionally, there are entry fees for events. The membership card can be purchased on the door at these events. Membership of Club Locked Manchester also offers members-only promotions at its events, along with other discounts at leading adult stores. The idea for Club Locked Manchester came back in the summer of 2014. There was a sense that the Manchester kink scene was being controlled to a certain degree from London. While Manchester had some ppopular fetish venues, local kinksters felt there was a need for greater autonomy. It was time for kinksters in the great northern city to come together and own their fantasies - and, crucially, to make them realities. The group continues to hold successful fetish events in the Manchester area. The regular monthly kink social events are held at the well-known Eagle bar in the heart of the gay village on the third Saturday of each month. There is no dress code. The Club Locked Manchester website serves as a great resource of kinksters. There are attempts to start a social network, and a blog offers advice and helpful tips on various aspects of a fetish lifestyle.
