Event space - $$ - offering 1200sqft ;) in SFV
Are you looking to host an event but do not have the space? Is a 1200sqft warehouse/office space enough to host? My partner and I are still some what new to the lifestyle, however, we have gone out to a few fetlife events and events found through rabbit holes of research. haha. Anyway we both have had this idea to help host an event but we don't have a following or friends within the community or "know" how to start. I have a large warehouse that has a small kitchenette, medium fridge, restroom and two med sized offices within. There is also a good sized reception/lobby area as you walk in and is completely closed off from outside visibility. There is one small window however it is darkly tinted and you can not see in from outside. Its located in an industrial area of Canoga Park and can be a discrete place for an event to take place without drawing attention. I have cameras around both front and back entries/exits as well as a large roll up gate easy access for any preparation/equipment/setup. I also have furniture that can be placed in for decor. If this is something you think you would love to work together on or know of someone that may want to please feel free to reach out. Just throwing it out there I am very open to any ideas for hosting from as big as a 50+ person event to as small as a 12 person event (events dont have to be kink oriented they can be a ***t and sip, movie hosting, large meeting/education space).
