Bootblack Seeking Clientess
I'm a bootblack seeing a long-term position cleaning and detailing a woman's shoes and boots. I am proficient in gentle hand cleaning, leather and synthetic touch-up, edge finishing, polishing, and waterproofing of leather and synthetic women's dress shoes and boots, and sheepskin boots (Uggs and Ugg style). Whenever available I use the footwear manufacturer's care products; otherwise I use quality products, locally from Tandy Leather or that I hunt down on Amazon. I can do minor cosmetic repairs and install heel caps or tips, but for anything structural like a heel replacement I'll turn to a local shoe repair pro, and some Uggs I send to NYC for re-dying.
I can also package off-season footwear for storage.
A woman working in an office or retail setting who wears dress shoes and boots daily and takes pride in her appearance would be my perfect clientess. For an established clientess I will also care for casual shoes, purses, accessories, dry-cleaning, etc.
I will happily pick up and deliver. My goal is to return your footwear to you clean enough to pack in a suitcase full of clean clothing unwrapped.
