Pendulum Club Houston invites 'curious couples' to get into the swing of some serious sexual shenanigans. Female owned and operated, this swingers' paradise is a sexy, friendly environment in which to meet, mingle and get frisky with other like-minded kinksters. The Pendulum Club Houston website clearly states what this club is not: a 'Glamour Girl's Gentleman's Club.' Additionally, this is a venue for cisgendered people. The club is run by Josie, who was conscious of the need to establish a female-friendly space that appeals to both experienced swingers and newbies - those curious to explore this aspect of their sexuality in a safe, empowering setting. With its bold, vibrant decor, this well-lit club oozes sexuality. But it's also a pressure-free environment. There's a large main dance floor and stages on which ladies can put on shows for their partners. From comfortable seats, you can get to know the other single ladies, couples, and (on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday nights only) single males. Relax, have a drink (you bring your own alcohol, but mixers are provided), soak in the ambiance, and, most importantly, make new connections. Not unlike the old gay hanky code, Pendulum Club Houston provides different coloured wrist bands to its visitors. These identify people's 'interests,' making it easier for you to find your ideal couples. Pendulum Club Houston provides a make out room and two private front rooms, veiled beds, a 'boudoir couch area,' and other private rooms where you can play. Consent is, of course, everything - and there's no imperative that you use these rooms. Should you prefer to watch, there are plenty of opportunities to do so. However, respect for others is one of the hard and fast rules, laid out on the Pendulum Club Houston website. This is a harassment-free zone. Pendulum Club Houston is a private members venue. First-time visitors must pre-register. Reassuringly, the website says that a third of the club's visitors are first-timers. All visitors are required to buy a nightly membership ($10) for entry and pay a nightly cover charge, which ranges from $10 to $90.
