Would finding a specialist lady be a sensible step?

it's not a terrible idea especially if it helps you build confidence and gets an experience you want.

in due respect - what you're looking for is more on the vanilla side.  You don't really need a pro-sub for those, you could have those experiences with someone from Adultwork which may make it easier to find someone.
