    by a porter is wheeling the patient, when he entered the room, there were two assistants standing by the bed the potter push wheelchair next to the bed with a assistant behind me and the another assist in front of me and the porter is on the side of wheelchair all three staff are all together they transferred me from wheelchair to bed when I was being place in bed the wheelchair got put in the hallway by my room then the three assistants the patient get chance into a sleeper suit, and then the whole team help the patient into a sleeping bag, the two assistant rolling the patient on to the side when porter laid out the sleeping bag the two assistant place by back while i was turning the porter was striating out my cloths back once on my back the bottom assistant hands over 2 pillow while porter lifted up legs The assist place a pillow under my knee and one pillow by my feet and the assist hand to the another assist a pillow for my head while they was fixes the pillows the porter start rolling up the blankets after the blankets was rolled up and hand it to each assistant the portlier made room between my side and the sleeping bag and the two assistant placed the rolled tight blankets is each side inside of the sleeping bag the sleeping bag get zip up then there fasten my hood around my head
    The assistants place the pillows, and the rolled up blankets into the sleeping bag, and zip it up. And leave the room
    Medical staff go back to the main desk and check off on what they did corrects or wrong if patient is staying longer medical staff use the treatment form every
