Verification

Does anyone know if there is a verification process on this platform and if so is there a setting to only see those that are verified?
Supposedly you can be verified by photo of a text. I did the text version but its still showing i need to get verified but clicking on it it just bounces off it again.
I think there's a setting where only verified users can message.
But I dont know is there's a symbol on the profile to show you're verified

If you are on the website, left-hand side of a profile shows a green tick and "Picture Verification"

On the app and the website, there are search filters that allow you to only include verified members.

Ive verified and have the tick. But it still says i need to complete my profile by verifying. And when I click on it it bounces me back to complete profile section. Is this a glitch?

It doesn't show to me that you have done the picture verification.  You'll need to raise a support ticket as they have access to more of the back end to look into it.

I did the text version. But it won't allow me to go onto verification again to do the photo one.
How do I do a support ticket please

Under the "Me" section there is "Edit Profile" that is were the 2 verification tabs are for yourself.

As for only looking for verified people that is under the more options section in "Search" tab "kinksters"

Does age verification only apply to paid members? I've lost my age verification when I stopped paying the subscription.

  • 1 month later...

That's bananas. I get using a credit card as "age verification" (kinda sorta), but that doesn't mean you get younger if you stop paying.

I was just looking for a way to age verify and couldn't find any other except for paying for membership.

Other sites have an option for a one time background check fee and verification for life, regardless of extra memberships. Can we consider something like that or maybe using YOTI? @FETMod-RG

Thank you! If I'm crazy for these notions, it's nice to know I have company lol.
For real though, I get age verifying to make sure NSFW content is only seen by legal age. I get paid memberships to get bonus content. I don't get how we're calling a paid membership for extra content 'age verification', if my feed and inbox is filled with NSFW content without paying. Make it make sense or let's just call it what it is and set up a proper AV method instead.
I'm further disappointed that after reporting a member whose profile and his DMs to me were filled with highly inappropriate Mommy/Son content (not in a 'step' way like in porn, nor like in a BDSM way like MMLB/DDLG, nor even ABDL, but straight up the grossest you can think of that wouldn't fly on any other site) and his profile is still around, because of course he's a paid member. Apparently paying not only verifies you, but it makes you untouchable. 💔

When you say “content” about the mommy son stuff, my guess is it’s written communication. You distinguish it from step mom , so unless he’s sending images of people you know to be actually related and doing, well… things.
We read things. We create images in our own heads based upon what is within us. Are the words what bothers you, or the images and thoughts you have in response to you reading them?
The paid subscription- they don’t take cash via mail is my guess. I don’t know if picture id is required, but most of the ways used carry identification of a person.
Why not just block him? If he didn’t violate the sites rules? When I’m irritated or worked up about something, regardless of legitimacy, the internal experience is unpleasant. It doesn’t feel good, and thinking about it over and again doesn’t feel good either. In the midst of it I don’t contemplate that, but when it passes I feel relief and wish I hadn’t been so upset.

The text in your post contains many grammar and syntax errors, so forgive me if I'm misinterpreting what you meant to express.

I don't know (with absolute certainty) the exact nature of the content which @CallMeMistressV reported, which she described as "highly inappropriate Mommy/Son content (not in a 'step' way like in porn, nor like in a BDSM way like MMLB/DDLG, nor even ABDL, but straight up the grossest you can think of that wouldn't fly on any other site)." However, it seems highly probable that this content consisted of written text that depicts minors in a sexual context; written text about incestuous sexual activities; or both.

You seem to be under the impression that the only type of content that is forbidden on the FET app or the fetish.com website are images and videos. However, that's simply false, as any form of content (including text) that is about, suggests, or references minors in a sexual context, and any form of content (including text) that is about, suggests, or references incest, is strictly forbidden, as stated in the Code of Conduct, the page about Youth Protection & Combating Child Sexual ***, and the Community Guidelines.

You ask, "Why not just block him?"
I'm guessing she did block him. However, your use of the word "just" suggests that her blocking him is a satisfactory and sufficient remedy to the problem she is describing. It is most certainly not. Since that user (in all likelihood) violated not only the site's Code of Conduct and the Community Guidelines, but also the policy on Youth Protection & Combating Child Sexual ***, his account should be permanently banned.

THIS!!! Thank you, once again for making me feel less crazy, because @woburns160344 response made me feel not just invalidated but equally as unsafe on this site as the user I described still being on and active here. I was very specific about describing (without quoting and violating TOS on my own) that both his public profile and his DMs described very disturbing incestuous relations. As a domme of decades trust when I say I'm not easily shocked or offended, I'll indulge in any kink as long as it's safe, sane and consensual. And I may be bad, but always on the right side of the law. I've never had any profile on any site closed, never even received warnings. Blocking someone that clearly violates TOS may clear up my inbox, but there is no relief knowing that his profile and descriptions are still up, no relief in knowing that he's probably DMing more people with Child Sexual *** descriptions, and absolutely no relief knowing that activity that's both against site rules as well as federally illegal, can just fly by and live to hurt another day just because he's a paying member. Why do you think that even porn, which has age verified performers, have to write step-mom (etc). Because legally it would be considered incest without it. Just even in the title of your favorite pornhub flick. Plenty of sites (including OF which is ONLY age verified) won't allow writing "mommy" and "boy" in the same sentence, because they don't want to be on the other side of that lawsuit. Yes, depictions in writing are just as illegal as "pics of people I know actually doing things" for a reason, and not because it offends my delicate little heart or whatever nonsense was mansplained to me.
As a woman on an app, with a ratio of 7:1 men to women, I get inundated with unsolicited pics, with the most offensive and rude responses just from me expressing a "no thank you" in ways that I wish on no one. And while harassment is against site COC, I rarely report them (usually block/ignore) mostly because the site would probably crash if I did it for each one, and while they may respond like that to me, doesn't mean there aren't people on here that might mesh with them. But reporting something that's federally illegal, in an age where AV bills are being passed everyday and becoming stricter, is more than just a preference, they should be banned on an IP level and honestly reported to the authorities. There was no role play or kink here. No disclaimer or fetish. INCEST IS ILLEGAL. Any user here that thinks child sexual *** is just something to brush off and go about their day, is equally part of the problem. But hey, lets blur out words like p@1n because that's too harsh, right?
And how the site collects their *** for their memberships is really none of my concern. YOTI is free and what any site that age verifies with comparing face to ID uses, as well as a million other options, there's no excuse not to. If you don't trust a site to securely verify you, you shouldn't be on it, paid membership or not. I don't trust a site that allows paying members to express illegal activity. The duplicity of what's allowed on here or not is mind blowing, especially if you pay.

Couldn’t you also misinterpret for reasons other than grammar and syntax errors? I think you are taking jab at me for personal reasons, despite my poor grammar and syntax. It seems hostile to me. It doesn’t seem neutral, simply mentioning it as a possible source of confusion in furtherance of a good faith dialogue.
As far as the minors thing, my mind didn’t go there. I don’t know either her or the person she’s talking about. I went off of what she had written. Maybe I should have considered the minor angle, maybe next time I will. It sure didn’t seem highly probable to me though.
Now we get to your impression. You draw inferences that were not implied in my post. I’m happy to be corrected, but I don’t think my poor grammar and syntax is the cause of that. The fact that you go on by specifying the code of conduct with detail following your assumptions comes across as preachy. It follows an assumption you made.
Maybe you should consider asking for more information before you roll out a power point presentation to lecture someone when you are operating on little information. That way you will know what should actually be on the presentation and what has no relevance.
There is other information in her post which adds additional context. While I drew inferences of my own from those, my post was in good faith and without any hostile overtones. I read it the way I read it, I took the time to explain myself, and I made helpful suggestions in a considerate manner at the end of my message.
If you’re wrong but are considerate your delivery it looks one way.
If you’re wrong but are presumptuous and preachy it looks another way. Feigning good faith while pointing out a person’s errors comes across as an insult pretending to be something else.
If you actually did find yourself having difficulty in understanding what I was saying due to grammar and syntax I would like to look at those instances.
I know my grammar is poor. Syntax too. And lots more.

I’m stopping there for now, I will likely continue tomorrow.

With all due respect, it feels to me like you're getting hung up on @KinkyGenius86 pointing out the grammar, and stopped listening there to take it personally, since what he said IMMEDIATELY after that was

which already states he was not judging, not preaching and not being hostile. If you didn't understand my intent about the minors thing, that's fine, you could've asked me for clarification and I would've gladly answered. But you didn't ask, you assumed, further exhibited by you starting with "I'm guessing" and proceeding to elaborate based off your assumption "that I turn words into images in my head" and compared me to you with such phrasing as "we tend to...". It is clear to me that perhaps not everyone understood what I was trying to say without directly saying. You asked me if it was the words that bothered me or the images it created in my head, like those were the only 2 possible options. What bothered me is that incest and sex with minors is illegal, and it was ***d upon me, non consensually, in DMs, as well as flagrantly displayed on said user's profile, and that this user is still active, because the site allows it. @KinkyGenius86 further made no accusations but rather guessed (like you did) from my verbiage, only he happened to be correct in his interpretation and was merely mentioning that the minor stuff is more than unpleasant verbiage, but against the rules, all while using a very neutral and unassuming tone. He did not tell me how to react or feel based on his assumption, nor did he tell you how to feel or react, or judge your character in any way, especially when interpreting your verbiage in his eye (like you both did with mine) with "you seem to be under the impression that...". So he interpreted your words wrong, just as you did with mine, but I do not feel there was any hostility nor judgement of anyone's character. Just people trying their best to read and understand each other's words and offer up insight.
Honestly your last reply came off as very hostile in my eyes, and if it's going to cause a riff, I'd rather not continue this discussion as that was not the intent of me and my big mouth and sharing my concerns. Can we all just agree that people who discuss sex with minors is wrong on multiple levels and should not be allowed to roam freely on the site? And that we need a proper age verification in place, even if paid, that isn't dependent on a premium content membership but rather stand alone?
Thank you all for your time and input.

I will respond to you after I finish the discussion with kinkygenious, likely responding to your previous post first, then this one. With both of you taking up and arguing for each other it I don’t want to get confused. We (human beings, not you and I) all have biases. With you explaining for him it presents another challenge for me. I need to respond to his communication. Then, when responding to you, I need to consider your perspective and interpretation of what his communication meant as part of my response.

Feel free to respond to @KinkyGenius86 but as I said earlier and I will clarify now and make it easier on your to-do list: there's no need to reply to me further as I withdraw my consent from continuing a discussion with you, since I feel like the only one making things hostile and personal in this talk is you. I even tried to explain that in my last response, by just discussing what verbiage was used.
I do appreciate your time and input, and have nothing personal for or against anyone in this thread, but I will not await your response, nor do I want one since it's obviously continuing in a manner which I feel is being disrespectful on a personal level despite multiple attempts to just talk facts, not character. Thank you for your time and have a great talk with anyone else but me.

Is anyone real in this site. All my likes or spanks, crushes seem to be 90% this kinkster didn’t follow our rules. They can’t be contacted. I’m starting to think thst this site is full of fake accounts and scammers. Waste of ***. Or it’s just trans and gay people. No offense but is there any straight people actually in this site ??
