Chastity using a catheter

Recommended Posts

I mean im no expert but id assume putting something up your penis where its sensitive and then putting it in a tight, confined space would hurt. Especially when it inevitably catches on the cage.

Is your cage tailored for you?

No, I only chose the size of the ring, but without the catheter there's no problem.

That makes sense, I think it's being bent from the inside in a bad position.

I mean logically that makes sense. If it hurts a lot, even after removal, seek medical help.

Catheters are not the most comfortable things.. even when put in by a medical professional, even when using a numbing lube.
When inserting people often mention things like a stinging sensation, the feeling of pressure or an uncomfortable slithering sensation.
On top of that, there are side effects and risks associated with them..
They are designed to go all the way to the bladder and as such can cause stomach cramps and bladder spasms.
I would recommend looking into training. Look for ISC courses. These are taught by a healthcare professional and are open to everyone, and will not only aid you with insertion, but also the aftercare.

I'm getting the impression that this isn't a catheter (medical grade sterile plastic) but a sound with a hole in it as I have seen on many chastity devices (including two I own).

I don't use the ones I have. They're OK for short term use with lube and good hygiene practises but the rigid metal is never comfortable and there's a risk of UTIs if not cleaned properly.

Their goal is to simply direct urine flow out of the cage without leaving a mess...

If it is a proper catheter I'd not be using it without medical trained advice. Biofilms are common on medical catheters which is why they need to be monitored carefully.

If it is that, then I would look to replace it with a small stainless funnel small enough to fit inside the cage and to cocer the tip of the penis.
I had a sub years ago that enjoyed pelvis restrictions, the cage he had, had a small steel collar that was inserted into the urethra that directed the flow of urine through the bottom of the cage, but this was very uncomfortable for them.
We found a small stainless steel funnel that covered the tip of the penis and had an extended pipe that allowed for a clear exit outside of the cage (think she-wee in practice)
It was safer and easier to clean.
