Is there any experience with internet BDSM shock collars, namely the PiShock? Or Alternatives?

I hope it is the right place to ask, I'm trying to make an informed decision and I saw this website as a good place to ask this question.

Lately, I've been wanting to get a way to punish or tease my internet pet and I've come across the PiShock ( pishock* ), which seems like a BDSM shock collar that you can control over the internet.

I don't know anyone who used it so far and I was wondering if any here did. I've seen some review on Etsy about it, but it seems like it's not listed there anymore.

It seems to have a few good features and the videos on the website are very cute and makes it tempting, but I'd like to get more anecdotal experiences.

I haven't been able to find anything else like it. Does anyone have BDSM shock collar alternatives to consider maybe?
