On the app, sometimes you can go in and out of the app screen too fast  which doesn't allow enough time for the icon to populate and this often the reason you can't see the icon, yet when you return later its there.   If you find it continues to happen, a reboot can also help with the icon repopulating.  Another tip, would be to make sure you have the latest update of the app, as an old version may also stop the icon from appearing.  If the icon does not populate at all you can reach out via dm to either myself or @FETMod-RG and we can take a closer look for you.

Depends if you are using the website version or the app version  not both show at the same time time
