First, my question was towards dominant women and their preferences. 

Second, a chastity device can be removed as easily as it can be locked. Sex is still possible, it's just she has the control now.

Third, I have been in relationships where chastity was employed and it wasn't "centered around my dick". Which leads to the follow up to that; your assumption that I'm not "serious". If I wasn't serious, I wouldn't have several stainless devices, none of which came from Amazon or aliexpress. And I surely wouldn't have a pa piercing.

To be fair to eyem - I think you'll find he was generalising rather than specifically pointing his comments at you - you'll notice he used the word "some" right before everything he said, substitute the word "they" for "you" and it makes more sense (though knowing eyem "you" was a generic term in this instance).
