You will need to unfollow the thread to silence the notifications for this topic. Open the topic fully and then tap on the three dots in top right hand corner and you will see the option to unfollow

Not how it works, if you do nowish todo it just drop out, no penalty, if, however you want to know other members you might cosider stickin with it a bit longer . Just ssk for help , no penalty there eitherbest wishes, play safe
