These are the rules I have for my sub

She is never allowed to remove her collar without permission.

She is never allowed to enter my bed without permission.

I'd add a rule that adds exceptions where the rules could be a risk to their health or vanilla social life, but otherwise these seem reasonable.

Those rules are all fine *IF* there is agreement to them from *both* sides up front, and you are open to having them discussed and altered/conditioned ahead of such agreement being given.

I think rules are something that are established between the parties in the relationship and built upon from there. As long as these are rules the sun feels they can physically and mentally accept then there’s not a problem with them as long you you’re being cognitive of their needs also.

These rules seem fine with me as long as both parties have given consent to them.

However both parties need to be aware of each others limits or what they are comfortable with so i would highly, highly recomend things like verbal signals to inform the other to stop e.g a safe word.

As well as some sort of visual clue to stop i.e you keep clicking your fingers etc so that as a sub you can still be understood if things like mouth gags are used
