How to get bigger, creamier shits.

My shits have not been consistent so it's been hard to do any scat stuff. What should I eat to get creamier shits and what should I eat to get bigger ones? The consistency I'm trying to achieve is as hard as it can get while still being easily spreadable.

Don't mean to worry you, but I'd be speaking to a Doctor not a bunch of people on a Fetish forum if I were you - if the diaorrhea is something that has been going on for a while (weeks not days) then it could be an indication of an underlying condition, so best to get it checked out - Doc will also be able to give you dietary advice.
