I’m not sure cock size would be classed as a fettish unless you are a cuckold or some include their micro penis as part of play. A dildo isn’t there to represent or replace a cock it’s there as an extra toy. It's not that important no. The most important thing is to know what to do with yours! If you have a smaller cock then you need to be getting into positions that make it easier for you to go deeper. I think it's generally guys who worry about it, it's mainly psychological from the view that someone isn't going to enjoy a particular cock because of its size or shape when in actual fact the majority of people don't care at all and like already said, in a scene it can be way down the list of priorities.
