I read the wrong at first. I was thinking, why do you need something for your unused muscles? They shouldn't be sore. Lol
Definitely an ice bath. Gets rid of all the latic acid that's filled your muscles. All athletes do it now.
First thought is ice, but studies in exercise science is showing that ice, while reducing inflammation, can trap lactic acid and other products of muscle damage in the tissue. Heat on the other hand encourages *** flow and helps clear away those things and improves overall recovery
Well you should send that report to every top athlete in the world. As they all swear by the ice dip. The footballer Ronaldo has videos on his Instagram page in them
I mean a lot of athletes were doing air restriction training a decade ago and then they actually studied and no one waste time with that ahit
Epsom salt and a warm bath always helps me. Or soak your feet in Epsom salt if you can't soak in a tub. Works wonderfully on sore muscles
Tiger Balm or China Gel are both pretty good.
Tiger Balm is good. If you use thc/cbd then dragon balm is the same thing with mj added into it.
Registered nurse and competitive bodybuilder here. They've already been said but in my opinion nothing is better than tiger balm and an Epsom salt bath. Or if it'd easier accessible just a jacuzzi or hot tub
Infra red sauna if you can find one locally. I hurt myself regularly and ended up buying one. It just plugs in a normal wall plug wack it in for 30mins and sit it works straight away.
Bag balm if there is open skin bite marks. Lanolin is heavenly
CHOCOLATE MILK. Seriously though. It’s like a workout at the gym. That’s the best thing for you and it’s delicious.
Lose weight. Stretch regularly. Drink water. Profit.
Try a hot bath separately, of course, for a few days and water and electrolytes. Pedialyte based sports drinks work wonders for this. This is just a tip, not a doctor. I also seem to be terrible at flirting here? Could use some tips on this.
Hydration is definitely a big key! Not to mention getting some potassium in you, and a hot shower is always my remedy

Crazy white rabbit that is a good idea to I would have suggested that accept some people have aversions to it, particularly the female set, so make sure they are well diluted first before your lover takes a dip.
I also like traction beds like teeter hang ups it pulls everything straight in nice way.

Arnica, long soaks and massagers
Hot oil is always a solid choice provided there is still energy for it
