To give a cuff away, you need to find a member who does not have one.  Open their profile and it will tell you whether they have one or not.  If they don't it will have a message "Give away Kinky Cuff now"..... tap on that wording and the system will give one of yours away.  The system will give a random one of yours away, so its important to keep a list of where you found them, as you will need to go back and collect it again.

We all are.....they are not released yet.  A new one is released each day at 9am UK time.  Kinky Cuff 19 will be released today and a new one each day after, with final one being released on the 24th of December.
