When you're in the heat of the moment, you may not focus much on breathwork. If you tense up and not breathe properly, you may feel lightheaded & end up passing out. I guess you were SO in the zone, that the shallow oxygen along with your *** probably flowing to your other head was too much.

I think it has the same effect but a slightly different thing - when someone faints at the sight of *** I think that’s more of an adrenaline rush causing *** to pool lower in the body whereas syncope is more of the effect of nerve stimulation….. I’m not a doctor, just my understanding so may be wrong

The emotional stimulation of a profound connection if obstructed, maybe due to your reaction to the newness of the experience, along with intense physical stimulation could cause you to build into a state where your nervous system gets overwhelmed and your body reacted in turn attempting to release the tension/obstruction.
