If you (as a Dom) manage to learn the sub's orgasm delivery well enough to control it, you'll have so much fun controlling the sub herself. A girl would do anything to be allowed/made to cum!

I prefer orgasm control as a whole over orgasm denial as control would suggest hope for an orgasm.
Orgasm denial is a huge part of this, learning to deny yourself. It can be challenging but earning a release can feel so much more rewarding. There is a sweet spot on how long the denial should last. Too short and you can doubt if it is deserved. Too long and it really does drive you crazy. It can be a different kink to satisfy as it can take time to build up the the desires that are lost and the orgasm can feel a little anti climatic. Being able to share the build up with someone can give it a lot more life and meaning.
