Has anyone been to Subspace Seattle?

I’m trying to delve more into in-person munches and similar events. However, I’m not sure if I’m just bad at reading vibes; but it’s been hard to find places that do just this. So far I’ve mostly just stumbled upon websites for swingers clubs that are also kink friendly. Does anyone have recommendations for places that do munches, where you can get to know people in the BDSM community in-person. The one I thought looked interesting and safe was Subspace Seattle, but there’s only a few reviews I was able to find. Has anyone been there before, or knows of places that host similar events?

There’s a place in Seattle that hosts different themed events. “CSPC”

Subspace (and the individuals who run it) are quality people. The space can be a bit tight but they have great classes and themed nights. Subspace is south of town.

As another user pointed out- CSPC is another group that puts on theme nights. Their space is two floors and (my experience) can be very warm during the summer months.

I will say CSPC doesn’t do any “vetting” for their members, they do require an in person class, as does Subspace. I feel like Subspace is more my s***d.

There were some other groups that met but most have faded or stopped putting on events for various reasons. There is a Monday Munch up at Growler guys that is run by individuals who are a part of CSPC, Subspace, or both. It’s a great group as well. Happy to discuss more offline if you have more detailed questions (I’m aware of more groups in Tukwilla as well).

I’ve been to Subspace. They have a pretty solid reputation as a space. I have not attended one of their parties, but I did rent it out once to teach some private rope lessons a there once. They’ve been running for at least 5 years or so. I haven’t heard much negative about the place, which means good things in the kink community since everyone seems to have an opinion.
